Artist Statement

My love for color has dictated the designs on my pottery. I create simple shapes that become the canvas of my ever changing colorful creations. I make functional pottery that I hope will be used every day and at every meal. If you smile when using the covered butter dish or a platter brightens your dinner table, then I am happy.

I am a recent transplant from the Washington, D.C. area and love the life my husband and I have created in Southern Delaware. I worked and taught at Glen Echo Pottery for almost 20 years. My studio is located in my home and I welcome visitors.
