Artist Statement

I live by the Delaware Bay and have traveled in the Caribbean. My work is inspired by the water, earth, and sky.I use materials made from fabric like my favorite-denim. Materials found in nature like sea shells and pearls are featured in my designs. I'm GREEN! I rework manmade items like blue jeans and buttons into my creations. I love to crochet with wire and include beautiful beads into the wire.

I enjoy teaching jewelry making classes. I have taught a number at the local bead shop where my work is on display. I also sell my jewelry at craft shows and at Rehoboth Art League gallery. Orders for custom jewelry are always welcome.
